if I can leave one star I would. Mail carrier keeps putting my packages in the wrong address. I keep losing money behind this because the seller is sayings it’s delivered and I am never receiving my packages. I keep opening claims and they keep closing them like they found my items and haven’t. I’m sick of this. Hire better people or the post master need to train her workers to pay more attention

I went into LJ Post Office to purchase a book of Postal Stamps. The customer service representative Ms.T was very professional, helpful and polite, I ended up purchasing 2 books of Postal Stamps. The postal delivery personnal in this area are great. Unfortunately, the personnel who work in the post office don't give good service. So it's no wonder that they have such low ratings, both here on Google reviews and on their Yelp reviews.

In all probability, it has been sent back. If you subscribe to USPS Delivery service you can track packages and know what you are receiving each day. Included is package tracking from source to your door.
