So I deleted my original 1 STAR REVIEW and updated it with this after getting the problem resolved: My 19 year old daughter bought a 2011 Jeep in fall of 2021. It was missing the entire soft top and all the hardware. When I noticed it I contacted the salesman. I got excuses and the run around treatment, until I posted a negative review. Then he was concerned but drug his feet for several weeks until it got passed it off to his bosses. I called those two and never received a call back. So I decided to reach out to General Manager John Rossi. I should've spoken to Mr. Rossi from the beginning! He apologized for the problems and told me he would find out what happened and correct it. 2 weeks later we spoke and he told me that he had ordered the complete soft top and all the hardware for her Jeep (that was supposed to be there when she bought it.) 1 week later (10/14/22), I drove out to the dealership and picked up all of our missing parts. I spent 4 months wasting my time with others and in 3 weeks John corrected the issue completely. I can not thank John Rossi enough for his help and more importantly his professionalism. Before dealing with him I would have never gone back to this dealership. Now as long as John Rossi is there I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from there. Thanks for making things right for my daughter John. And thanks for keeping your word!!

This was my second visit to LaFontaine Chrysler. The first visit was awesome as I had a leak in one of my tires and they checked everything and filled my tire with air and said if I had a problem not to worry about it and come back. My second visit was good. I was losing air in the same tire went back told them to fix it and please rotate my tires and I was told that the whole process would take about 1 hour. 2 hours later I walked back to the service department and asked if my vehicle was fixed and they said yes the paperwork was ready. I sure would have appreciated someone coming and telling me that it was going to take a little bit longer than expected, other than that I will return if I need service.

The Service Department is Horrible. They gave me the run around while my car sat here for 5 days waiting for a Chrysler mandated power train inspection. I ended up picking the car up and taking to another dealer that did it in one day. This place is not even close to the level that Shuman was, do yourself a favor and NEVER go to this dealer. I will never go back.

Joe Clement was whom I have been working with and he has been very friendly and understanding while I say what I am looking for and can afford.
