I love the community people are nice and it’s clean the guy in the office is always helpful and easy to talk too I’d recommend this place to my family and friends for sure

Don’t move here they steal car parts, it pitch black at night and people come in stealing late at night. Most likely the people living here . Came for me and my neighbor car twice in 1 week.

What is included with the monthly rent

Water trash and maintenance. You are responsible for electricity gas and internet/cable.

I have lived here for 3 plus years so far and maintenance is non existent...so frustrating when I have never been late 1 time4 rent here and they dont even follow up with you. Any advice on who should I contact? I left countless voicemails already..

I would call the building department in Walled Lake and complain. They have several code violations. Are open Monday through Thursday until 5 pm. also, I would consider moving to another place. I agree with you the place is a mess.

Are there laundry rooms in the apartments? Or are there community laundry rooms?
