Kristina & Beth were Amazing. When we arrived I had forgotten to ask for a handicap room for my husband and they instantly took care of me and put me at the 1st room next to the lobby. Rooms are great! Ac works amazing (that is SUPER important when its 106 outside) Extremely quiet got a great nights sleep. Smart to put Jake at the front desk in the morning! He is friendly and has a great on when its 5 am. All around this will be my go to Hotel when I come back on my next Business trip!!!...looking forward to Breakfast

Positive: The staff was very helpful and nice. The beds were amazingly soft! Negative: I do wish the curtains could be pulled close, so that all the light didn¿t come flooding in-in the morning. They were sheer and the side curtains didn¿t have the ability to close all the way across.

Besides the crazy traffic circle (if you have been to Waco you know) this hotel was great. We usually stay at comfort suites and this was by far one of the best ones we have stayed out. The service was top notch. The room was fantastic. Would stay here again. Wish we had time for the pool. They have a work out room. The breakfast was standard for comfort suites but who doesn't love a free breakfast. Loved the pictures in the room of Waco.

Positive: Great location coming into town but challenging route to follow. Room was nice and staff at front desk were friendly and professional. Rudy's was an awesome bar-b-que place right near Magnolia Table across the street. Negative: The bathtub in the bathroom looked dirty and had a yellow ring around the tub. I was surprised since the rest of the room was very clean and comfy beds.
