Worst hotel I have ever stayed at! Beds were uncomfortable I tossed and turned all night. Breakfast was out of eggs and after waiting 20+ minutes I finally went inside their pantry to ask the woman when they were going to put out new eggs. I go back upstairs to take a shower and realized how absolutely filthy it was. Mold growing inside the vent. When they swept they swept the trash behind the door. The back of the bathroom door was full of dirt marks. Dirty marks inside a bathroom door I’m sorry I will automatically say this is feces because their is no dirt around here. The hot tub was closed. The inside pool was FREEZING cold. The outside pool was the best!! The baseboards in our room are coming apart and their way of “fixing it” is taping it together?! They didn’t clean the fridge from the night before because it was dirty and it reeked of garlic. I told the front desk girl when checking out I want the business card to her manager and she took like $40 off our ticket but that doesn’t help me because this is the worst Hilton I have stayed at

I use the Hampton Inn in Waco about twice a month to house my staff when training. They reported that it is very clean but the breakfast seemed old. Powdered eggs, and sausage that was too hard to eat. This is disappointing. It is an embarrassment to have our employees complain about their stay. I have another person going in next week. If they have the same issues, I will stop using the Hampton Inn. This is not a threat, just the truth. We have a corporate account with Hilton, we expect better and more from this brand.

Birds constantly chirpping all night due to false light outside. No actual pillows on bed - just the small square one that are usually on top of real pillows... the bed is comfortable though. The light over the mirror in the bathroom doesn't work, the door isn't hung properly, there's no information sheet in the room... the staff is very sweet... well, the ONE staff member I have seen..as a Hilton Honors member we have stayed in hundreds of Hilton Brands... this is more of a Super 8. Thinking of checking out. However, it is Graduation weekend... so not sure there's much choice.

I want to highlight the front desk rep who checked us in....HER PERSONALITY FITS THE BRAND. The food was awesome, with several selections to choose from. The hotel is around food places, and the freeway I just along the service road.The lobby offers coffee, and snacks also. Breakfast was great, and the best part is the waffle makers shaped like a Texas state. The cute sign on the wall and mats are very inviting! The colors used made it feel bright and clean. The wall unit lounge area was a great touch...it felt like home. There also was a Indoor pool on the property. If your in the area and need a great night's sleep while taking a break from the road..stop here.
