The customer service is fine at the gas station portion. The store is decently clean just small and cluttered due to the lack of space so they do the best they can. The Huddle House connected has terrible customer service. I attempted to place a call-in order and the employee who answered gave me an attitude and rather than placing me on hold as she stated she would, she hung up on me.

This place broke my heart!!! I can't eat at this huddle house no more! A dead roach was stuck to my lid on the inside of my tray!!! Being born with less we probably played with roaches but never ate them! Do better Adel
