I can not lie when I first saw pulled up the location I was freaking out but once the doors opened it felt very welcoming, Christina was very helpful , new but GREAT. The night was very peaceful - amazing after a long 22 hour unplanned trip I had. In the morning I met Deborah also she was also just amazing! They were very accommodating. Front desk - Gretchen made Frank (furbaby) feel special, he the room he slept a lot (he usually walks around unsteady when we aren’t home )

Hotel was not good in any way at all. Would have given it a 1/5, but front desk clerk (Ramses) on the day I left was amazing, and money for unused nights was refunded. Hallways smelled like smoke, old food, dogs. Rooms not really clean, not filthy, but not completely clean. 1st room smelled entirely like smoke. Found a roach in 2nd room, tried to make the best of it...Fire alarm in room went off less than 5 minutes after I put heater in room on, leaving horrible stench which did not air out. Ramses went far above and beyond, trying to fix things, talked to manager (not helpful, would not speak to me), found another room for me. Finally checked out after 1 night as I had already tried 2 room, was exhausted, and there for work. Thanks for all your help and effort Ramses! My company was refunded, which was also a plus. Would not recommend this place.

WORST HOTEL EVER!! DO NOT STAY HERE!! First of all, we made a reservation online TWO DAYS prior to us arriving for a king bed room and when we showed up they said they overbooked and didn’t have any king beds left so we have to take a queen room. When we got into our first room there was cockroaches all in the bathroom.. So we went to the front desk and asked for a new room. When we got two our second room, we turned on the lights and we saw another cockroach crawl behind the bathroom mirror. So we went back down to the front desk to see what they could do like maybe issue us a refund but they REFUSED so we had to get put in a THIRD room. This hotel is infested with cockroaches. Very unfriendly staff and they did not work with me all. We couldn’t get another hotel because we couldn’t afford it until they refunded us which they said would take 7 days… so we were stuck in a cockroach infested hotel room. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

I am a travel nurse and I love staying here. The staff are so nice and accommodating. I feel at home and safe. This is the 3rd time I stayed here and I only have good words to say. Shout out to the Manager Mr. Balton. He is amazing . The breakfast is hot and ready when I get off from work. The bed is comfortable and clean. At one time I forgot some stuff in my room and they were so kind to call me and inform me that they kept it for safe keeping. I would definitely come back.
