a friend of mine had some issues with her flight out of TPA so i booked her a room here. everything was paid in full, all she had to do was show up to rest for the night before catching her flight out the next morning. when she arrived.... there was NO ONE to be found anywhere. there was a note on the door that said they were closed from 11pm-6am. i scanned the website and found nothing that would hint towards a closing time. the note also gave a number to call for after hours. that number went to the front desk where no one was. then any number i tried to find to rectify the situation for my friend kept leading me back to the voided front desk. completely unprofessional. would never recommend. will never return.

After four months at Extended Stay America on Spruce St in Tampa I have nothing but very positive comments. The staff is AMAZING making you feel at home and assisting with every request. The entire staff is exceptional particularly Maxine, Crystal, Contessa, Rafael and all the other employees. I don't recall all their names but they all deserve kudos for exceptional service, their kindness and genuine concern. A great place to stay for either short or long-term.

All the staff was super accommodating very helpful got in late and was able to OK well we need to get settled!! in the morning Chris was very helpful with rebooking our stay it worked out so well yesterday and in getting the amenities we needed!! Love it!! Thank you!!

Positive: Location is good. Negative: The room smelled horrible. The staff was busy talking during my check-in instead of being attentative. They were also missing during check-out and I had to wait at the desk awhile to leave. It was not my best experience.
