Best hotel I have ever stayed at. Employees all around were great. Food was great, rooms were clean. I had to stay while my home was getting renovated and they made me not miss home so much by how good they were. Thanks guys 😊

The room was very nice, even had a small kitchen where we could prepare meals if we wanted to. The pool was well maintained, and in a nice location. The only problem we ran into was the guest laundry which only accepted coins. Other than that, it was an excellent stay.

It was okay, the room furniture needs to be updated & since it’s pet friendly I believe it brings the quality of the room down. Nice complimentary breakfast. We’ve stayed in nicer Homewood Suites.

I made a reservation for a two bedroom suite a month in advance. The day of my checkin (literally 4 hours prior) I was notified by Patricia the operation supervisor my room was no longer available. I was told to occupy two separate rooms or cancel my reservation. I am very disappointed with the level of customer service at The Homewood Suites by Hilton Tampa-Brandon. I am a family of five and I booked a suite to accommodate my ENTIRE family! If I wanted to have separate rooms I would have done so. I requested to speak with the manger and was directed to Justin B. the area GM. He also confirmed the information given to me by Patricia. I was not given a suite and I had little to no time to search for a different hotel. I no longer wish to be a part of your Hilton reward program and I will NEVER book with this chain again. Please be advised this could happen to you! Save your self the time/frustration and book elsewhere.
