The leasing office is great and maintenance comes very quickly. Biggest downside though is they advertise a courtesy officer but they're not actually available at night. Without that, if your neighbors won't answer the door (as mine won't) you're kinda screwed at night if they are being noisy. Edit: now sure how you would contact the leasing office after hours since it's closed. That's is in theory what the courtesy officer is for but there isn't actually one of those. Edit 2: after being here a little longer, the package service Fetch is AWFUL. They are never on time and ignore signature requests. $15 a month to make my life more difficult is not ideal.

AVOID THIS COMPLEX!! They just raised our rent by 35%!!! That is Outrageous!!! The upkeep on this complex has steadily gone down and they have the nerve to price gouge the residents in the middle of a recession? The management changed hands and the new people are completely unorganized. Maintenance projects are done haphazardly with no rhyme or reason. Notifications to residents are sketchy at best and they seek to take great pleasure in marring your car with stickers and having it towed on a whim. They cant seem to fix the pool that they close with no advanced notice on the weekends. The prior administrators were far superior so I assume this change in management was to save money...At the residents expense!

I just renewed my lease here. I am very happy with the responsiveness, friendliness and professionalism of the maintenance and office staff. When I submit a maintenance request they are quick to respond and always ask if there is anything else. I also feel very safe here.

Enjoyed my time living at Westwood Reserve, I'd recommend this complex! Safe and quite community. I never had a problem with bugs that maintenance didn't fix right away.
