DONT MOVE HERE !!!! I have been living here since august 2020. and since then my dryer has been broken and what did they do about it ? nothing, every request I sent to get my dryer fixed for at least 8-9 months was ignored. Finally they hired two men who had no idea what they were doing to fix the dryer..they literally duct taped the tube and called it ship shape. obviously this did not fix the dryer so another couple months pass and they finally replace it and while doing so they DROPPED THE OLD ONE DOWN THE STAIRS chipping every single step along the way….this whole complex is a joke. And guess what ! DRYER STILL DOESNT WORK!! , the cherry on top is about 5 months ago my AC upstairs decided to stop working, of course requests have been sent and calls have been made, but not a single “maintenance” worker has come by to fix the issue, so in all, SOL suuuuuckkssss, property is gross, management is a joke, packages get stolen, anywhere else is better than here. UPDATE : They have finally sent a maintenance guy to fix the AC, Sol I guess is being taken over by new management right now and one of the first things they did was send someone over !! Finally !! and he was like an actual AC maintenance professional, has all these cool tools to check the airflow, to say the least AC works great now, still waiting for my driver to get fixed… over two years it’s been broken and nothing besides replacing it has been done.

This is my first year living at SoL and I had such high hopes. It has only been a month living here and I’ve already experience multiple issues. No one has gotten a car sticker pass, the shuttle bus didn’t show up and left me and other students waiting for 30+ minutes and we were NOT given any notice beforehand, I haven’t received a fab key to let me into the amenities that I’m paying for, the gates to apartment don’t close and since some haven’t gotten fab keys, the doors don’t lock anywhere which makes me feel unsafe. On top of all these things recently, my units washer isn’t working and is filled with mud brown water and the AC vent outside my door has a mold spot that has recently started leaking. The AC isn’t working and has increased in temperature instead of going down; it was set to 66 but raised itself to 74. I am highly displeased with the services. I understand that there has been new management but so far these issues haven’t been resolved and it’s seeming as though no one cares. Unfortunately as of right now, I would not suggest living here.
