Want a dr that doesn’t listen to a word you say appointment after appointment? See Dr Harmsen. Want to have steroid injections pushed over and over and over and over regardless of your previous experience, ability to afford the exorbitant cost, and refusal at every appointment? Harmsen is your guy! Really, I’m not sure why I’ve seen this guy so many times (4 or 5, at least). He’s rude, interrupting, and just wants his cortisone money. RUN AWAY (both locations)

He’s amazing. I had been to 2 other medical professionals about my condition, they never properly diagnosed me so for 2 years I went mistreated. Then I had an appointment with Dr. Netto, he properly diagnosed me, recommended me proper physical therapy and has helped me so much.

Near impossible to have anyone call you back or schedules an appointment. Super disappointed because Dr Collins is awesome, but his support staff not so much☹️ Going on almost 2 weeks of messages left to try to schedule an appointment with no return calls

This place is absolutely horrible. The facility closes at 5 the staff all pack up and leave at 430 with patients in the lobby waiting. You book an appointment to sit 2-3 hours past your appointment time. The front desk staff is rude and just awful, they sit on tic tock/snap chat/ Facebook and don’t care about the patient or customer service. When they call you or you call them on the phone they are just rude. This place needs to do better, staff need better time management and better scheduling management. They need better customer service. The MA/RN/LPN should be managing Doctors schedule and time better. Patient falls in the parking lot they all stand and just look. Then young girl from front goes out pulls older woman by the arm to get up Dr steps in and doesn’t do no better. Poor lady could of gotten Hurt more. No one even ensured the lady was ok, no one checked her out. This was on your property at your front door. This entire clinic needs some serious retraining. This place is walking law suite. I will never refer anyone to this clinic.
