I am writing this review with heavy heart. Dr Maria is very good doctor but her staff is very incompetent. The billing department never answers calls and when you leave message they never call back. I was charged full amount for my delivery and post parting care because apparently my insurance rejected the claim but in reality the doctors office never sent my medical records to insurance company. Since billing department does not answer calls, I personally visited the doctors office and explained them that they have to call my insurance company and send the records and they said they will do the same. Next month again I get a bill for the full amount. Mind you I delivered my baby 15 months back and they are still harassing me with the bill instead of sending records to insurance company. Again the doctor is fabulous but I won’t go there because of the incompetent staff.
