Ridiculous place. Vet and staff are super mean when I dropped my dog off treated me as if I didn’t understand anything. Took them the entire day for just a vaccine and a quick check. Go to a better vet.

The reason of my review is to honor the life of our beloved furbaby. We have our beloved chihuahua under the care of different Doctors at Banfield since she was 6 months old. We have in average a "fair" experience over all these years. One of the most remarkable ones was with Dr. Patiño that took care on a personable way of our baby when she was just one year old and saved her life whit her profesionalism, care for animals and her preventive care knowdelge and prompt responses. After that experience we recommended to ALL our families and friends to have Banfield as their PREVENTIVE health service for their babies, however over the years the staff changed and we have some BAD EXPERIENCES with my baby and my niece's baby mainly, I am sure with the right attention we could PREVENT their unfortunate and painful end of one month apart from each other, we are still living the impact of such losses. A personable and detailed attention is really needed to accomplish the PREVENTIVE CARE AS IT IS PROMISED by Banfield.

Dr. Turkson let down my fur baby and my family. After being my fur baby's primary veterinarian for over a decade, he referred my fur baby to LeadER hospital for a questionable condition, and never made one phone call to check on him. He contacted me after I made several attempts to contact him with updates on my fur baby's condition, however as my fur baby's referring doctor to the hospital, I feel it was his responsibility to contact the hospital directly. Dr. Turkson also made false statements in his medical report, where he stated he strongly recommended an ultrasound for my fur baby, following blood work that reflected high enzymes in the liver. Dr. Turkson made no recommendations to me. I asked Dr. Turkson what can be done to determine the cause of the high level enzymes. Dr. Turkson had the audacity to tell me the ultrasound would be best to determine the cause, however its quite expensive. Cost was no issue, knowing the cause of my baby's condition was my main concern. Dr. Turkson would also use my fur baby's age, as the reason for everything. But then he told me my fur baby was in very good shape. Dr. Turkson failed my sweet baby boy and my family. I trusted him with my baby's life. I would not recommend Dr. Turkson to anyone who loves their fur baby. He never even called after my baby transitioned. He is a big disappointment!!! I WISH ONLY THE WORST FOR DR. TURKSON!

Very rude staff, you are not allowed to go in with your pet. My dog is only 5 months going in for he last round of shots and a fast check up the put her in the cage all day and when I would call for a update they would tell me they are busy and can not give me and updated… would not recommend.
