I love everything about this community except for the fact that none of the amenities have been available since I've lived here (8 months). I pay a lot of money to have a community with these amenities (gym, large pool, gated community) and instead have had to purchase a gym membership and go to another public pool, and always have the gates open. It's very unfortunate, considering when I moved in here I was told all of these projects would be done by June. It's now August and nothing looks even halfway done. I'm seriously wondering if it will even be done before my contract ends. Very disappointed. Not worth all of the money I'm paying for a 1-1. response to gatehouse: I understand renovation delays may be out of your control but there is never anyone working during the day. Is the delay that you don't have a construction crew? What about the gate constantly being open? I specifically looked to live in a gated community, it can't take 8 months to fix a gate. It's a safety issue. If someone is looking for a gated community due to safety issues this is NOT the place for them.

Move in was very smooth. Stated I wanted some minor things fixed or changed and the staff truly made the process wonderful

They have a new program that gives you the choice of paying a deposit or a monthly fee of about $10 per month instead of less than security. Set up a tour with Kayla she is the best
