My dermatologist has been calling for days to get a referral approved that was requested over 3 weeks ago. No one is answering their calls nor mine. So now I have to reschedule because they refuse to do their job! And this is not the first time! Conviva, since you’ve taken over, you need to fix this issue that everyone in these reviews are complaining about! I will be changing my primary care immediately.

They do not answer their phone since over a week so I had to walk in the office 30 minutes away from me it was empty no one was there and the workers are sitting at their desk but don’t answer the phone? I even called right after I walked out when it was empty and still no answer for 20 minutes because I forgot to ask a question it’s very crazy I don’t understand why they don’t answer my mom even tried to call for me still no answer !!!

When called to put appointment. it take them to long to answer the phone. That need to be change. It wasn't like that before. the Docter was great

My name is Angel Oquendo. I have been to several other clinics in South Florida and without mentioning any names I would say, that my experience has been a total nightmare. Since I came to Amicus I can tell you that the staff is very courteous, and accommodating to your needs. I meet with Dr. Herold Merisier and he has been amazing, where do you fine a doctor that is willing and anxious to sit down with you and have a conversation about your medical needs, most doctors wanna get you in and out, not at Amicus, so I highly recommend anyone that is looking for a clinic to visit Amicus I am currently attending the one in plantation and my experience has been extremely satisfying.
