I don’t know why the low ratings. I got there as a walk in without an appointment and I didn’t have to wait for over an hour. I was expecting to wait longer because it’s expected with no appt. They were also shortstaffed that day. They were very kind even when people were trying to go inside while they were working instead of waiting for someone to come out to answer their questions. They stayed calm and handled everything perfectly. The lady promised me no bruising and she was right. She felt bad that another quest diagnostics location left a bad bruise on my arm 3 days prior. I have recommended the place to my friend and I will definitely be going back the next time I need to.

They gave me a container to do a 24 hour urine test, came back and they told me they don't do that specific test there, EVEN THOUGH THEY GAVE ME THE CONTAINER. THEY ARE A WASTE OF TIME.
