Not enough parking

I usually only go to the publix here and avoid this plaza entirely whenever I can. There are no parking spots that are reserved for publix cart returns which means once you bring your groceries out to your car, you have to leave your cart loose in the parking lot. The parking lot is usually littered with loose carts which makes it hard to park because sometimes they roll into the middle of a spot so to park there you have to get out and move it yourself and sometimes they just roll from elsewhere and ding your car! I would just like to add that there is intermittently someone out there collecting carts to try and alleviate this problem but one person cannot possibly get the cart of every single shopper at the the store. Please put in a few cart return slots! On the opposite side of the plaza from publix, you don't have to worry about the carts but I never really go over there, there aren't many interesting stores. Edit** they put in cart return slots and I find the problem is so much better! also the side of the plaza opposite from Publix is under construction so I'm excited to see what they add.
