We changed our internet plan because we don't need a really fast internet. Next week we were overcharged for the last plan even when one of the Xfinity guys told me I wouldn't be charged with the same last plan price. Disgusting

I just moved to OR and was able to start my new account online and pick up my box to install from the store. I received great service from all the employees and interactions I had. Very quick and easy. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes.

Walked in a bit confused and walked out with a better understanding of the equipment with the help of the store associate. Two thumbs up.

My mom went into the store today. She is an authorized user on my account. About 8 to 9 months ago Xfinity changed their policy saying that they were different levels of authorized users. Some had more access than others. But it did state that if they were already an authorized user previously that they would still be grandfathered in to have the same level of power. The agent at the store refused to help my mom. She called me and handed the phone to him. He refused to add her as an authorized user with me. Never asked the last four of my card number, never asked my secret question, nothing to verify the account Then told me I could go to the website to add her myself. And then read off a whole list of steps that on how I would add her. Expecting that I would remember all of these when I actually get to a website to load that. I added my mom to the account and sent the approval text message to her. I happen to know that she is then considered an authorized user on my account, she just hasn't accepted the invite yet. My mom clicked on the link on her phone but was having trouble going through the process. At no point did the agent offer to assist walking her through it. Continuing to stand by his announcement that she is not an authorized user and that he can't help her. I felt this was incredibly inappropriate.

No
Yes. If you are returning disconnected equipment you can drop it @ the front counter and get a receipt. You can also drop disconnected Comcast equipment at any UPS Store. If you need the service turned off/modified, you will need to call 800-Comcast before or after to turn off the monthly charge, or check in to wait for a store rep to do it for you and get you a receipt for that as well.
I'd like to run over that computer she irritates me to the point I want to pull my hair out and hers too! The only phone number I know for them is 800 Comcast and I know that puts you right on that computer but stay at her and keep telling her representative. Usually in time she gets the message and you get through. Good luck and if all else fails go to the nearest office and that would be on 223 just before you get to Glisan. Hope this helps you.
Yes, and usually Yes
Not really at time
Yes
Not sell, rent, coupled with the service.
I used to work for Xfinity, yes of course they do onsite repairs by appointment.
The only way to talk to a "real" person, is to physically go in to an Xfinity store & ask to speak to a Supervisor. I've tried calling different ph #'s, but I'm just on hold for so long, my cell ph goes dead. Sorry, this pandemic has interrupted a lot of over-the-phone advice.
Yes you can
If you have upgraded your service over the phone they will give you a new router right at the door once they find your account ( I just recently did that myself) . You should also be able to make changes to your service there as well👍
Yes, they have all equipment
I picked up several business cards and they all have 1 800 Xfinity on them Sorry
No, but the reps would be happy to help and then give you there card to contact them via email.
Ask your Xfinity remote by pressing the microphone button & speaking into it. It will literally answer your question by displaying answer on your television.
Go to your WiFi in your settings and choose your router/modem combo they installed. Answer the questions on your computer screen and then say okay when prompted with the if you want your computer to remember this information and to always automatically connect to it.
Yes. Store is open 9-7pm weekdays
