Do you guys have a direct number? Your automated phone operator is hard to deal with you get stuck in the same loop for feels like years

I'd like to run over that computer she irritates me to the point I want to pull my hair out and hers too! The only phone number I know for them is 800 Comcast and I know that puts you right on that computer but stay at her and keep telling her representative. Usually in time she gets the message and you get through. Good luck and if all else fails go to the nearest office and that would be on 223 just before you get to Glisan. Hope this helps you.
