Just so no one else wastes their time coming all the way out to Gresham like I did, I'm gonna list all the bus routes and how far you have to walk to get to them: #2: .3 miles #21 .3 miles #82: .3 miles. (these three stops are not in the same place) Blue line Max: .4 miles #9: .8 miles So there's literally not a single mode of transport within a quarter mile. All the bus stops look super close when you're looking at the map, but there's no access to Eastman parkway from the complex, so you have to walk to division down their sketchy driveway (that has no sidewalk, kind of a blind corner where cars coming out can't see you coming up, and two dinky little streetlights that I can't imagine are very bright, so it's not very safe). Kind of ironic that they're a disabled complex with so little bus access. Also it seemed like a lot of their units were on the upper floor/only accessible by stairs?? Another thing that doesn't make much sense for me as a complex for disabled and elderly folks. The complex seemed well maintained from the outside and would probably be fine for someone who has a car or can walk the distance to the bus stop, but I just wanted to provide the information I wish I had before spending an hour and a half on the bus 🙄
