No, but the reps would be happy to help and then give you there card to contact them via email.
Whole thing boils down to don't want you calling them directly so why deal with them at all professional sales people
It's just the way large service based corporate entities work. If they get you in the store they might sell you on something you didn't know you needed.
Had the same issue but the phone help was very good just not local
