This place is a wonderful skate rink. My family has gone here for 40 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. Owner is usually present. Cool skate shop inside. Great snack bar. Multiple options for skate sessions. Our kids in the family LOVE to have their birthday party in the private rooms. Website is well laid out easy to use.

I have been going to Pattison's since Elementary field trips!!! This place has ALWAYS been amazing with a super fun atmosphere. Some of the best memories I have are from here. Kid and Family friendly for all. Staff is always amazing and there's games with prize redemption and a snack bar with good food. Can't leave without a slush puppy. Thanks for all the fun amazing times. Love this place and always will.

Beyond unhappy. Rude, overcharged, party host non existent, party room is right behind a crowded public seating area, so aside from standing in line for skates or walkers that other people kept stealing, we also had to fight our way in and out of the room. Rude,unfriendly staff. I was charged twice AND because of the disorganization, so were my guests at the door. The owner on the phone denied everything and showed no interest in trying to figure out what went wrong or how to make it better. Maybe ok if you're going to just skate, but don't book a party here unless you want to be disappointed. They even kicked us out before we even had time to open gifts. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

New Favorite of the kids. Have been here several times now. Friendly and helpful staff, and clean building with a skate rink, snack bar, and a few arcade games where my girls (13 and 8) can hang out, meet new people and have fun. We gladly drive 1 1/2 hrs (past other rinks) to skate here on the weekends. We do have our own skate but rentals are only 2.50 if you dont.

From what I see, it is VERY doubtful Pattison's is closing any time soon. The place is packed all the time!! It is thriving. Perhaps you were hearing a rumor about another rink: Roller Valley in Spokane Valley recently sold and was ready to be closed and converted to a warehouse. Instead, the place was given a face lift and continues to operate.
