I love it here. It's like a giant family. The boss lady is amazing and I love doing this for work. It's so interesting and I've met the best people. We have made ourselves the most productive center in the United States and I'm so proud to be apart of this team. And the best part is they are excepting everyone, just the way you are! Things are changing for the best in this company and it's showing!

Received a phone call asking about registration for voting. Then asked if my family members are registered to vote? Hangs up on me mid sentence. Why the hell am I getting called at 730pm for a survey? Ridiculous. No phone skills or professionalism from this company. Would give a 0 star of it was an option.

Horrible place to work. There is no consistency no stability lack of communication and they believe the lies of other employees to the point they are firing people over he said she said and word of mouth. It's not worth the money they pay you and the pay rate is different when you show up for training then what they have on their website. You don't want to work here!!!!!

I've worked here several times over the years, including being a supervisor there for a couple years. The work is very easy but can get boring just sitting there. They are open-minded employers, they'll hire just about anybody, even people on work release from jail. They require no U/A or anything like that either. On the downside, the hours can be real inconsistent, especially for new employees. Unless it is an election year, most people won't get more than 20-25 hours a week typically. If you need a job and can't figure out who will hire you, all that it takes to work here is the ability to read and the patience to keep dialing. Oh yeah, if you don't know, they call people to do surveys over the phone. A dying industry with the rise of cell phones for sure, so get in while you can.
