Customer service was great. Quite helpful with dealing with Progressive insurance company. However, they told me that they had the parts needed to repair my car and that once the repairs were approved, they would begin repairs immediately. The approval came through on Monday. It is now Wednesday and I just called them. They told me that they had just barely begun the repairs because they had had to wait for parts and that it would still be another 2 or 3 days until my car was ready. Still seems to be a good company, just don't expect to get your car back on time.

They helped me solve an issue that was plaguing me for a couple months. They even went the step above, and saw some things that could be potential issues. They even got me in a couple days before my appointment too. Great service without the arm and a leg cost.

I highly recommend Hopkin's repair and dealership. They are friendly, very competent and accommodate emergency repairs in a timely manner. Integrity and honesty are behind all Hopkins' services!

Hopkins always does right by us. Their service is stellar, and they are really good at communicating with their customers about the work they are doing. I do not take my Subaru anywhere else in town.

Yes, absolutely. Hopkins automotive is your go to in Spokane for your Subaru needs. All models. They'll be able to diagnose the situation for next to nothing in a suitable amount of time. With that being said, your problem lies with a bad water pump. Hope this answers your question. 🙂

Certainly give them a call, it might even be something simple like a bad gas cap. Had it happen! Created some sort of vacuum leak that through a code. Hopkins has never steered me wrong. Once they even gave me a reputable Subaru shop in Portland to go to when I was stranded - these guys do it right!
