Just finished a two day job, would give a 10 star rating if we could! Form the sales, installation, finish, and service the staff exceeded our expectations at every request. A sincere THANK YOU for the hard work in making our project a masterpiece.

Not happy with this company and my experience trying to purchase a fireplace. They were busy and extremely understaffed. After we had no need for them to install this fireplace we’re completely treated unimportant and ignored. The salesman in the front was belligerent and intrusive! Had a terrible experience!

I asked to have someone come out to give me quote for a gas fireplace installation. I was told to take pictures and bring them in to be looked at. I asked how they could get an accurate picture of my needs and was told that's the only way they would do it. Not a good business plan to attract new customers. I'll look elsewhere..

I screwed up my fireplace years ago by trying to automate it with a smart switch. They were very thorough in their work, vacuumed out the inside, and cleaned the glass too. More importantly my wife is happy they fixed my screw up. Thanks Alex!

On a brand new gas fireplace, how long does it take for the smell to burn off? Our smoke alarms keep going off.

If you have a brand new fireplace, it is very common to smell odors coming from your fireplace during your first use. Although you may think it smells like gas, chances are it is factory chemicals, including paint. Burn your fireplace for three hours to completely burn off any debris. Here in our showroom we may crack some windows to get a cross breeze. Let your fireplace completely cool before you light it again. If you turn on your fireplace to smell odors again, call your local installer.
