Store is not clean. People came in asking for help and they were chased out. Lines are long. Shelves are messy. Clothes are over priced; you can find new at same price. Lots of anouncements of doing good for the community but no literature or proof of what they provide for or to the community. Items of value that are donated are taken out of community and sold in their online store.

I am extremely disappointed with the employees at this store. My wife and I took a large box of items and three large bags of clothes to donate. After placing the items in the designated spots outside the store an employee quickly rushed outside accusing us of “being there to steal stuff”. At which point we told him we had just made a donation yet he continued to accuse us. Unbelievable... GoodWill it’s amazing you have any products to sell if you accuse all your donors of stealing when they come to drop off. Needless to say we will never give any more business to this store.

The staff are great, and so are the prices on clothing, but please fix the wheelchair accessibility at the front of the building. I couldn't lift my mother's chair by myself over the sidewalk to the entrance doors, and then trying to leave, she was almost flung out of her chair again by the steep drop... goodwill needs to be wheelchair accessible but the front of this building is not...
