No, but there is a strain of cannabis known as Chocolate Thai, never seen it here, though it is very strong. Another relevant point is that Cannabis Sativa, which is predominant in Thailand, grows as a vine, rather than the bushier indica. Thai stick I believe was a common term that referred to nearly any dried green pot grown in Thailand, cause there would just be a bunch of buds on this dried stick, hence the term.
