My 78 year old mother was in a BAD accident and the driver of the ambulance repeatedly tried to talk her out of going to the hospital because it was busy. This was after he told me that HE was in danger being parked on a busy road and that she didnt seem to be that badly hurt anyway. He had NO right to try to convince her not to get medical attention. He kept telling her she would be waiting for hours at the ER. The other 2 people with him were much nicer and tried to help my mom and the other car driver. Bensalem EMS should NOT ever let Pat deal with accident victims! People are upset and scared enough during a bad accident, they don't need an unprofessional, rude ambulance driver!!

Since when do you refuse a spouse to ride to the Hospital with their significant other, especially when the patient is 85 years old. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Had an emergency back in February 😷. Rescue Squad showed up and brought me to a nearby hospital. Besides guys were rude and unprofessional, after they brought me to the hospital, which is located a mile away from my house - I had to leave because after 2 hours sitting in never ending line I decided this is not the type of help I want to get🤒. A few weeks later I’ve received 700$ bill 😱in mail saying they won’t accept my insurance and after saying that I can’t pay so much especially for such service they sent me to court🤯. A few months later I’ve received a donation request like you guys struggle of non profit 😖. It’s very sad😢to feel that in our community the most important structures like medical emergency services are here not to help but to rip you off😩.

Recently had the unfortunate chance to meet them as they responded to a call to the Parx’s casino . A gentleman of Asian decent apparently either had a seizure or a heart issue. I stayed with the gentleman as he convulsed on the floor of Parx’s casino talking to Jim all the time. Once EMS arrived .... they nonchalantly asked him .... Paul ?, why are you on the floor . One even grabbed his wallet ( that had ALOT ) of money in it ... and seemed eager to get him away from all the attention. I just want to know that Paul is ok
