So I paid around $90.00 for a package that was delivered today. I checked the mailbox when I got home and was excited to find that my package had arrived and was placed into one of the mailbox lockers due to my box being too small. I pulled out the key ring and THIS is what I had. HALF of a key! Now, I have a package just sitting in the box, completely unobtainable! I am disgusted! There is ALWAYS an issue with the post office. Normally, the mail carriers are great at their job. Today, was one of those, “you had one job,” situations. I put in a complaint online and got a notice that it’ll take about 3 days for someone to get back to me. This is absolutely DISGUSTING!

Extremely poor customer service from eye rolling to attitude. Just completely unnecessary and rude. Specifically about clerk #18 who I encountered on June 28th 2022 at 11:23 am. Didn’t get her name but she was frustratingly rude.
