When I called to schedule my appt I specifically told the woman it was to follow up after a motor vehicle accident. At the office, during the appointment I was brusquely told that they don't "get involved in car accidents due to the liability". So they completely wasted my time and sent me away despite being in a great deal of pain. Terrible. I'd even voted for the dude on May 17th and told everyone I knew to. I regret that now.

The wait times are long but the doctors are very caring, especially NP Soumya Alex.

Very good Doctor who is quite professional in dealings, understanding and caring for patients. The attending RN Ms. Alex Soumya is also talented, and takes time and patience during examination. Office staff is also cooperative and helpful to patient needs. Great services in general.
