People are every Secretaries are really ignorant and wrong and rude are very inappropriate. They like to cut these customers conversation short, being rude and ignorant, and is very inappropriate to hang up the phone on somebody more than one time I was hung up on the phone at least four times which is very inappropriate, because I was still in the middle of my sentence with this lady named Donna and Donna was being very rude and inappropriate and I did not appreciate her professionalism at all. She was not being professional. She was being very rude, very ignorant, and hung up on the phone on About four time, which is very rude and wrong and inappropriate, please read this survey I repeat secretary named Donna was very inappropriate and rude and ignorant towards me. My Aunt arrived at Allegria yesterday. She has been sick and in and out of the hospital and nursing care facilities for the last few months, before making it to Allegria. Leigha, Erin, and Trent from Allegria have been on top of her progress the entire time, staying in touch with her family, and reassuring us the entire time. Allegria is a very nice, clean place with tons of activities and great staff. We are so grateful to everyone there for their kindness and compassion. I would highly recommend Allegria at the Oaks if you need somewhere for your loved one to get the extra care they need

Moved my father to Allegria almost 2 months ago and we have seen a big improvement with his social skills and health since then. He lived alone for 3 years, since my Mother died, and now, he's eating 3 meals a day, socializing again, and enjoying life. He has dementia, but is able to take care of his personal needs. He's in the Independent Living area, so I cannot comment on the Memory Care area. Of all the places we searched for, this is the only one that he could afford and the area is very suburban and not like living in an institution. Whenever I needed something, the Maintenance Team took care of his needs and the Nursing Staff is kind. The administration team is very friendly and helpful when I ask dumb questions (it's not like I've done this before). Thank you to the staff for taking great care of dad.
