The therapists are great but customer service is HORRIBLE! The billing department is HORRIBLE!!! My daughter was treated for almost 6 months before we were billed which caused so many insurance issues and then they expect me to pay the HUGE LUMP some because they couldn't get their billing correct. THEN the membership fee is a JOKE!!! My daughter has not seen her therapist in 3 months and I am still being charged the membership fee after I CALLED to cancel and now they do not have record of it and I am stuck with another membership charge!!! I love that my daughter was able to talk to someone to get the help she needed but not worth the headache you have to deal with customer service and the billing department! NEVER AGAIN

Worst place I’ve ever been too. Don’t put your card on file. Over a year after I went to them and took my card off file they are still trying to charge me. Customer service is no help. Highly recommend to seek help elsewhere

I called someone said I had bipolar on my paperwork. So I called an left message for the Doctor that gives me meds to get back to me. For some reason call didn’t go through. So she left me a message. An said please don’t call me back that night so I emailed her an she did get back to me. So for this doctor she can email me or text me if I need to talk or have questions. After any appointments with her. The counselor was very helpful an easy to talk with!!!

It’s a scam. They charge you for nothing. They don’t answer their emails. Their therapists suck. Their phone lines are always down. Update: It’s 9/21/22 Got a charge for $701. Still a scam. It’s a fraudulent charge and they are refusing to refund us. We have not used this service since June and are horrible people. I wish I could give them 0 stars.
