This place is not good. Every time it rains a little, the electricity goes out and they tell you, it will be back after 2 days . it isn’t even a thunderstorm out there really, its just some rain.

Think twice before moving here. HUGE electricity power issue, their transformers are outdated. With minimal wind, there are power outrages some times per days!!! First floor floodings in heavy rain and lack of accountability from the administration. The managers are rude, and follow the "cheap rent, cheap tenants treatment" policy.

The best elementary schools in Bensalem are Belmont and Cornwells, the second schools belongs to your address. You must go to Dept. Of Educ. to request that school. Good luck.
