The staff here is absolutely AMAZING!! Dr. Amir is very thorough and takes his time in making sure that you understand everything. The staff was on top of getting my medication approved because the insurance company initially did not approve it. Staff was kind and friendly and the office is clean and beautiful! I recommend City Dermatology to ALL my family and friends!!!

This is the worse dermatology office. They do not answer their phones or return calls. I was prescribed a medicine in May. As of September I still have not received the medication. I call at least 4 or 5 times a week and nothing. They want to charge you for every little thing but no one cares how you may be suffering.Please do not waste your time. I spent the whole summer in long sleeve shirts and pants because my rash was so bad. Not once did anyone return my call or even pretend they care. One star is too many.
