Short: Awesome experiences and great staff. Highly recommended. Long: Down below you can read what your experiences at Putnam Cyclery would be like. I recently bought an ebike (RadRover 6+) and I couldn't get Rad Bikes to ship it to anyone at all for assembly. So I did it myself, and it wasn't too hard. But after 100+ miles I figured it was best to get professionals to do a once over and ensure everything was in absolute working order. Plus, my back tire had just popped and I the fool didn't have any spare tubes. I decided to bring it to Putnam Cyclery after buying two helmets here. My girlfriend and I had walked in the store right as it was closing. I was apologizing just saying I wanted to pick a helmet quickly and get out so they can go home. They said no problem come on in. The person helping us didn't rush us or push us out the door at all. He showed us everything they had opening multiple boxes to show me all the color options. Just overall extremely helpful and friendly. I brought the bike in on a Sunday and gave them a few things I noticed and asked to be double checked. They told me absolutely no problem (Even without the battery which recently stopped charging!), but they had a backlog and it'd take 8 days to complete. No problem as it was rain all next week. Eight days later and they called me to apologize but it's going to take an extra day due to their ebike specialist not being in that day and they wanted to make sure it got the proper care. But it'd be ready around noon or so the next day. No problem, I made plans to pick it up in the afternoon. It was ready just like they said, but I couldn't pick it up do to other priorities. No problem I can pick up whenever I could make it out they told me. I just got back home with it and took it out for a short spin and it rides better than when I put it together with zero miles on it. All my issues were addressed and the costs were much lower than I was expecting. Putnam Cyclery did an amazing job and all their staff I talked to were extremely kind and answered every random question I threw their way. It's an hour away from me, but I'd hesitate to bring my bike anywhere else now.
