As soon as we moved in we began to have bug problems. Being more specific, we have roaches. Weird looking roaches. I know for a fact we're a clean family because I am a mother who cares about her children's health. Well just about every week we're requesting pest control. Traps doesn't help just makes them come out even more. It's an exterior issue that we keep hearing over and over again. I wouldn't recommend living here because paying this much to go through all of this isn't worth it. As soon as it's time to go, we will gladly leave and not look back. But I do love the space that we have.

We recently made a big move from California to Texas and I was hesitant and worried of not finding an appropriate home that fit my family and I. However, Vikki and the office staff made this move go as smooth as possible. This apartment complex offers a family friendly atmosphere, pet friendly, and safe and quiet gated community. Which is everything we were looking for! Thank you Vikki for making our move stress free! In addition, the maintenance team will do same day service requests. Overall the staff is very friendly, communicative and professional. I am very pleased and definitely recommend.

While everyone we have met at these apartments has been great the one who has stuck out the most and made such an effort to be so kind and helpful has been Vikki! My fiancé and I LOVE her. She has helped us so much and has always been so friendly while doing so! She has even gone as far as to check up on our pups when we knew we’d be away. (: She has really gone above and beyond and has made the time here so enjoyable! Thanks Vikki!! (:

Have lived here for a bit over a year. Never had any huge issues. The maintenance responds to request fairly quickly. I can hardly ever hear my neighbors. It's located in a great spot I can do all of my shopping within a 10 mile radius. The people who work in the office are always nice and welcoming.
