Needs improvement. Not like it was when I first moved in 2 years ago. Gates always broken. People keep breaking it. Trash everywhere. Not the same, it very tragic to see. Wish they fix everything, do the right things like they supposed to, going through so many maintenance men not getting my things fixed in my apartment it's really messed up.

My first apartment…I’ve been here 2 years now I love the office people very friendly they always help me with anything I need. Our Maintenance guy Chris booker came changed my light bulbs fixed my dryer fixed some outlets super quick. Anything I need he’s a on point with it very friend dude even fixed my table haha. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This place is a joke. We put in our application 3 months before the move in date they kept asking for almost all of our information from bank statements to what each deposit was. We didn’t hear back from them on if we got declined or accepted until the DAY before our move in date. Each time I came in contact with Tiffany it was wonderful until Erica took over our file then I felt like I was making a mistake she was completely rude each and every time we talked she even had the audacity to chuckle when she called to tell us that we got declined. Highly recommend looking else where and don’t waste your time.

I have lived here for 14 months and they have changed office staff THREE TIMES! Vicky (the original Property Manager) was AMAZING! Then we had De who was also great with customer service and problem solving. Now we have Chasity and the unprofessional staff members that came along with her. Except for maintenance. He has been the same person and helpful since day 1. Hopefully these new set of people recycle out as well!!! They don’t answer the phone and when they do you are left on hold for 7+ minutes with no check ins in between. They also don’t return calls from voicemails left. I work M-F; 8-5 so I can’t just run to the office. I was called at 3:44pm and told that I would receive an eviction notice if I did not bring in some information to the office the next day. I had already given the documents to the office staff 3 weeks prior. I asked for more information and was told that we are closing at 4pm today so I may get a call back. No call back. THEN I received a call the next day about a different situation that I had already called the office about to discuss. Chasity (the now property manager) does not have any customer service skills nor does she have any regards for life mishaps. If you are thinking about moving here... DON’T!

Not most of the time... these people don’t care about you. We’ve had our car towed four times ( when we live there and have followed instructions) and paid over $1500 in a year for just the towing. They charge you $50 fees extra for dumb things like a trash bag outside of the bin when the bin is completely full and over flowing for weeks. I love Lewis and his dad ( the repair man) they are lovely people And I exclude them from anything bad. It’s everything els about it that sucks. The apartment it’s self looks great but is very cheaply made and will be impossible to keep your deposit. Hope this helps
