I’m a somewhat new resident. I’ve been here at the transition from the old management to the new management. The level of professionalism and service has improved tremendously. I had an accounting issue for two months into my stay which I kept coming to the old management about. I was told it was being resolved. Into the 3rd month, it still wasn’t resolved. The old management left and contacted the new manager. The new manager resolved it in two minutes after I informed her of the issue. You can’t get better than that! I appreciate good customer service!

Apartments seem nice, than you see how old they are and how the updates are mild for a higher rent. The wood is rotting and the ant problem is horrible. All they do is put bate down, but it doesn't help. They are starting to charge extra for a amazon box that no one uses and the amazon trucks still come to our doors. They rather fix easy aesthetic things than the real problem.

don't move there! the office staff is disrespectful and treats you inappropriately and rudely. you can't even vacuum your car in your garage or just check your battery or some simple part of the car because it breaks "the rules", a person made a complaint to me for that. when I went to the office, the person who attended me made strange faces and treated me like garbage for disobeying the rules…I wanted to explain that I had just moved to these apartments and that I did not know that they were so strict and he just got loud and talked to me like trash. I left there very disappointed… it seemed that a judge was judging me for bad behavior. the staff thinks you are doing them a favor by living here.
