If I could give this place -0 stars I would I absolutely hate it here and it’s some many issues with this property I don’t know where to start ! It’s infested with roaches the toilet leaks! The plumbing is horrible I flushed the toilet in my upstairs bathroom only for it to leak sewage downstairs into the living room! Maintenance is a joke they just lie and say they are going to do XYZ AND NEVER DO ! It’s water coming up out of the floors and the circuit breaker poo off after only 5 mins of it working ! If you do not have to stay here DONT I HIGH DO NO RECOMMEND!

The manager, Rhonda, and the staff here at Sierra Hermosa are very kind and caring people. They do there best to make sure that the apartments and us, the tenants, are taken care of as repairs and such are needed.
