These folks are all wonderful, from the lady on the customer service phone line to the very nice man who install all the equipment here. The service is at least two times better, faster, than the service we had with Viasat, and less costly too! From my first phone call to actually getting installed the experience has been great. Customer service has been so refreshing in a time where customer service is at its lowest. Everyone I have spoke with have been excellent and very friendly. We had a very fast internet in the city but we moved out rural and I was a bit concerned However the internet has been flawless.
