Happy to read to all these reviews and It's great that we're able to read the comments from the currents and past tenants. I will defenetily stay away from this place. Sounds that managements are doing a very poor job and keeping everyone happy and safe.

I’ve been a resident here for over a year , i can’t even put my children bikes on the patio it’s been took for the second time . the kids over here are disrespectful always fighting , always police being called over here , always shooting … i’ve had enough !

I have been applying to multitudes of apartments with in the last few months with little luck on availability. Broadmoor contacted me and setup an appointment right away.
