We are big fans of the Bottle House. Chantel, the assistance manager, is just AWESOME. The location is great with food, coffee and entertainment within walking distance.

We toured with Tiffany on Wednesday and signed our lease on Thursday! She has been amazingly helpful throughout this short process. We love the 2/2 floor plan we will be moving in to and love even more that it’s right by the little dog park for our Pug. The property is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic—I can’t wait to use the gym and pool! I was a little worried about the noise level since I’ve lived downtown before and didn’t have the greatest experience—but there truly was NO noise! The garage is huge and I love that everything is controlled access. By far the biggest selling point for me though—the 2 minute drive I’ll have to the hospital now for work! 🙌🏼 We don’t move in until the end of July, but so far I absolutely recommend Bottle House! So glad I found this property!

I recently moved out after living here for 2.5 years. At the beginning everything was fine but they have switched management multiple times and it gets worse everytime! Management is extremely unorganized. The hallways, stairwells, and elevators are disgustingly dirty. The elevators are constantly broken and would not get fixed for 4-5 days at a time. I will say that Tiffany at the front desk is very nice and helpful but I would not recommend this apartment to anyone for the price.

This is one of the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. They have so many amenities like a courtyard that I can tan in, and a dog park for my dog! Seriously the staff is so nice and they make it a great place to live. Any requests I have they always make it their priority to take care of them. I cannot say enough good things. In a few months my lease will be up and I’m renewing!!
