Contunuos issues with entire apartment. No hot water to lack of completion of major construction in the apartments. The amount of trash around the apartment is disgusting. They do not handle problem Tenants. No notifications for turning off the minimal from hot water on. The new company has changed so much my bills have doubled. I am tired of companies taking advantage of tenants and not supporting them. I can continously hear my neighbors music through my floor daily. Multiple complaints to police and the office. I have complained about numerous issues in my apartment including the previous tenants hair in my guest bathroom as well and numerous other issues. If you need an apartment do not pick here or Ariva Apartments as both will render the same outcome.

If I could give these apartments a 0 I would. New and old management are horrible. New management will tell you they will do something and never do. Their communication is so bad. Apartments are INFESTED WITH ROACHES!!!!! I have asked several times to put me on the pest control list and still nothing. I work from home and no one has came to do anything. Please don't more here. You pay for what you get and it's not worth it. Nothing works and apartments are outdated and trashed. Not worth living here!!!!!

I'm a previous employee. They will run you to death. They don't care about anyone but reaching numbers. Don't let Lupe talk you into giving a review. The regional buys lunch for the office team that has the most 5 star reviews. They are faking their demeanor just to get those reviews. The apartments are infested with roaches. Don't let them fool you. I tried to give them a chance, and I couldn't even take it anymore. All the negative reviews on here are correct. I would know, I worked there. Damn near everyone there smokes pot in the apartment, they throw trash everywhere, and the office staff just wants money. I would never recommend to work or even live here.

6 months in Maria never took us into consideration. We were always told things were going to be fixed and they never were. She left us hanging every time. We got the the apartments and finally moved in, the application took longer than expected to be approved. Upon entering the apartment it is overall nice. We had issues with not being able to access the photos of the apartment that were sent to us. We requested it again, but didn’t receive them. So it was a bit of a surprise that the whole floor was carpeted. Not bad though. Just a couple things here and there that are worn on. The only concerns are the weird wires that seem to be cut on the porch. And the storage closet and fridge is EXTREMELY dirty. They never cleaned either. They are disgusting so I’m a bit put off by that. Apartment grounds are nice besides some trash left around. But I have been unable to access the gym at all (always locked) I hope I get more guidance on this, as it’s the only reason we chose this apartment over the cheaper ones.
