The Lakeview Apts are just right for my family. The staff is very friendly and respond quickly with answers/work orders. I love that they keep the complex looking nice and clean. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Thank you for making it feel like a home and not just an apt.

Been living here close to ten years. I've had very few problems. The office staff, April, Tara, and Diana are always ready to listen and do what they can to remedy any issues you may have. The grounds are clean and well maintained, Mike and Juan see to that daily. All in all a decent place to call home.

I have been living here for 3+ years and love it! The grounds are well maintained, adequate parking, clean pools and grounds. Maintenance requests are always answered promptly, regular pest control and they even offer emergency car services!

Great staff, never have had any problems that were major. Maintenance guys are friendly and fast (as long as you let them in ), Tara is just a gem , so friendly and professional. The manager is very understanding, and really tries to make you happy. Landscaping is well maintained, employees pick up trash around the place daily. The worst thing about this place is some of the tenants. Would have given 5 stars if there was a sauna.

I think they might work with second chance. My wife and I had to put $500 extra down, I believe non-refundable, which had to do with us being "high risk" or second chance.

Call the office they would definitely know that
They must give uou a 3 day pay or quit. After that they must file eviction. With covid you have probably 2 months but answer the court and give yiur side give them the saddest story if yiu show for yhe hearing you can get the judge yo hive you extra tome yo get out but with covid they are notb evicting for non payment federal state of emergency is in place.
