I have been in this community for 8 years and I love it. The staff is always helpful and polite maintenance is quick to make any repairs necessary. They keep the grounds clean and well manicured. The rooms are spacious it's in a perfect location close to the freeway shopping schools post office social security office TDPS parks

DO NOT DOO NOOOT move here the the manager is a weirdo she is always recording kids in the pool without anyone’s consent even though they have security cameras for whatever reason. Also there pool is filthy and badly maintained they also only enforce the rules half the time harassing certain children and tenants that they choose while not saying anything to anyone else that are obviously breaking major rules. Also they bother people about going Out the gate the wrong way but never enforce it. The gate is always broken and open and there is no privacy due to the cameras located everywhere like a prison camp for example I had a friend that would visit from time to time so much that they thought he stayed with me but he didn’t but long story short in her own words I followed him on the camera to your apartment if that isn’t creepy Weird and personal harassment I don’t know what else is so until a new management team comes in don’t move here people. One more thing there always having apartment events but never go through with them there was supposed to be a pool party recently but it never happened what a terrible way to crush a kids spirit. JUST GOOD INFORMATION

There’s always something crazy going on in the apartments or across the street. The laundry room only has like 5 washers and 5 dryers and there’s always 1 or 2 that are broken. The upstairs apartments are not worth it because it is sooooooooo hot. The AC just doesn’t cool the apartment down and all summer it’s like 85 degrees in there. Our particular apartment didn’t have bug issues but i know others did. The office staff is ehhh and the prices of the apartment are too. They are pretty cheap and openings are rare.
