I had to put a star. I would have given it no stars! I live here. I moved here out of desperation and was blessed with a three bedroom apartment; however, from day one, I had issues. The vinyl was torn on the floor which causes people to stumble on it. My car was towed and I had to sue the apartment complex and the tow company for wrongful towing. I have almost been hit head on by three residents that live in the back. I really think someone's kid is going to get hit at the speed they drive. My daughter's car got hit while it was parked. They do these inspections on the apartment which isn't bad, but the last time they did the inspection it took literally 5 men to change a bulb which they replaced with a bad bulb from another resident's house. I put in a request to fix the light, it's been two weeks, and they still have not fixed the bulb.. According to the rent office they have two maintenance men for this huge community. The don't enforce dog waste rules. Dogs are allowing off the leash. I almost got bit by a neighbor's dog. If you want a huge apartment, yes, this is the place to be, but be prepared to deal with some serious problems.

i feel yall pain. i gotta live in dis place and deal wit da b.s. ! two week ago i had dis rude lady said her name "MISTY" call me threaten me that she was finna evict me. i just lost my job and never been late ever on my rent and apply for da rent relief program and was already approved for it even before she call me harass me. She was so rude and nasty. She need to be fired!! for real you guys got peoples like dat respresent this company is nasty. i wish i could give a negative zero. already start calling file reportt

They finally have a manager here who knows her stuff. Brenda was very polite and was able to rectify our problem immediately. Our family was ready to move and not renew our lease but, she was able to answer all of our questions and seems like she is a real much needed asset to this company and development so we re-thought our decision. I never write reviews but I had to because her customer service and knowledge was stellar and far exceeded my expectations in comparison to the previous staff. Thank you again , You deserve 10 stars!! Thank you.Ms.Brenda. Truly appreciate it.

Could you please tell me why the central air is not fixed in the apartments? The window units that are installed are not cooling the apartments and are making people sick. The central air has been out for awhile now. It doesn’t take that long to get the parts and have it fixed. The tenants are hot and it’s August. This is a dangerous situation. Can you please fix this without code compliance or Fox 4 news stepping in. Thank you

Ask how many applications are ahead of you before you fill out anything
We moved in a few months ago and had concerns about the deposit. The move in process needs to have more explanation as to their process and steps for approval and documentation. It's very confusing and take a long time, But they have fixed our concerns when we have had them so far with the apartment.
