My wife had an appointment here for an epidural for pain management. The lady at the front desk refused to let me go back with my wife and proceeded to say I wasn’t allowed in the building at all. Worse facility I have been to so far.

I just started with them last oct 2018 and They told me I had to have doc referral. Not sure if take out of state but if your doc chooses them then yes I believe they would
Generally but it depends on your insurance company. I know with Tricare, for instance, you need a referral.
