So two of the first floor receptionists are rude. One day they yelled at me for touching another mask while I was taking two out for me and my mother in law. You don’t have to yell. And if you’re so particular then put tongs there. Next time I came, They stopped taking people way before close time on Tuesday. They said they changed hours due to covid. Google said it was updated four weeks ago and nothing indicated that I could not walk in around 4-5pm. She didn't see us. She just kept saying ok to everything i said. Completely out of it. NOW if I could post again, 5 stars for the top floor-----especially the second floor receptionist by the name of Julia Bashlawi. Very good manners as a receptionist, she made sure our issue was quiet enough so the rest of the waiting room would not be able to hear. Usually when you go in these immediate cares, they ask in pin drop silence and everyone can hear why you are there. So embarrassing at times. She made it a point to whisper so no one could hear our conversation. Love this girl .She even said hello, goodbye the end. And I could tell she was smiling behind her mask. Consequently, the lady downstairs, and even some receptionists here on this floor-no smile, just having bad days everyday it seems. Why let it out on the sick patients? Maybe one smile and "I hope you feel better,' can make someone feel a little better. Everyone should learn from Julia.

The wait was 20 minutes past the appointment time and I check in 15 minutes early. The receptionist (especially the old lady with the grey hair) was rude when I asked her how much longer is the wait? Simple question. "10 minutes (at the time I inquired about the wait) is not that long. Hold your horses". Then after, she laughed it up with her colleagues, as I walked away. Is this high school? Mannerism and professionalism does not exist here. The only saving grace is probably their lab draw is on time.

The 2 stars was for the receptionist and Dr. The medical assist (wearing a cheetah hair wrap) needs manners in health care. She calls patients with a loud attitude (others before us & us as well). She was so ignorant. I was hoping we wouldn’t get her but unfortunately we did. She was slamming cabinet drawers and doors, asking questions ignorantly and rudely (with attitude), she was very rough taking vitals and throwing the equipment on the counter, when she had to take the Covid test she was so rough and jabbed it up my sons nose. I asked for the Dr and once the Dr came in I explained the employees behavior and said don’t send her back in here. The Dr apologized on her behalf but if there’s no consequences for her behavior than it will continue. Honestly it’s not worth going here when your sick if that’s what you have to deal with. You already don’t feel good and have to deal with poor behavior from what’s supposed to be a caring atmosphere. The room we were in was also dirty. For as much as their cost you think they would be a lot more cleaner and professional. I rather pay for Walgreens clinic than to experience that again. It’s a shame.

I would say yes, but go online for this location, answer some questions and they'll let you know.
The website shows all insurance plans accepted.
Yes, they have internal medicine doctors at the actual offices, not the immediate care. (they are in the same building) I recommend calling first to schedule an appointment.
