AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I went here for a required medical exam to apply for a work visa to New Zealand. They cancelled the first appointment I made because the doctor decided to change the days he comes in. Went to my new appointment and find out three months later that they did not submit my medical exam properly to Immigration New Zealand. I have been calling for days to get it sorted out, and the staff have been of no help, continuing to say day after day that the doctor is not in and not following through when they tell me they will do things such as call me back, talk to the doctor, send me an email, etc. Finally was able to get a hold of them when the doctor was in, and they told me the doctor submitted a new report and that he emailed me. None of which was true! Immigration still has not received what they need from the doctor and I never got any email from him. Every time I call, they are in a rush to get me off the phone and will hang up even if I have further questions. Please save yourself the hassle and choose a different doctor. Completely unacceptable!

Would not reccomend it! I have been scheduled at 10, had to wait 1.5 hours for my turn and everything was super disorganised.

Very negative experience. They have a 773 number that does immigration tests. It's a direct voice machine and they selectively call only to schedule your appointments and take the money. There is no follow up of any sort, after you pay the money for the tests.

This place was prompt when I came the lady's were very nice and patient MRI went smooth and were able to acomodate me same day!
